Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/DS/Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Analytics, or related field is strongly preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Advanced Analytics, preferably BFSI/CPG domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Design and deploy ML, DL, and Agentic AI solutions.

Position Summary :

Lead high-impact AI and Data Science consulting engagements, deliver innovative analytics solutions, build high-performing teams, and partner with clients to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Design and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Build and deploy customized AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and execute the AI & Analytics roadmap aligned with business strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build predictive models using structured and unstructured data.
• Manage multiple engagements ensuring quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
• Build, mentor, lead, and retain high-performing teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Analysts, and Solution Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Drive hiring and capability development.
• Build reusable AI accelerators and Proofs of Concept(PoCs)
• Partner with sales leadership to identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA, M. Tech, MS, MCA, or equivalent) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 7- 12 years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) and/or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) domains.
• Strong background in machine learning, statistics, probability, and algorithms
• Experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
• Proven leadership experience managing data science or AI teams
