What do we expect from you?

• Analyze, interpret, and communicate data-driven insights to clients using statistical techniques, machine learning, and AI-powered approaches.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation.
• Design, develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines and support the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments.
• Evaluate AI/ML model performance and continuously optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and business impact.
• Translate complex analytical and AI concepts into business-friendly insights and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices, identifying opportunities to leverage them for business value.

What do you need to excel at?

• Strong understanding of quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis, customer profiling, clustering, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to execute the data-driven planning process by developing analytical models, AI solutions, and frameworks that connect business drivers to actionable insights and business outcomes.
• Apply AI and Machine Learning techniques to automate processes, improve decision-making, and solve real-world business challenges.
• Exposure to AI concepts such as LLMs, vector databases, RAG is desirable.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for data processing, analysis, and model development.
• Experience with data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and data manipulation.
• Good understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting, and recommendation systems.
• Exposure to AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents, or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI model deployment, MLOps concepts, model monitoring, and API integration is an added advantage.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
• Understanding of Cloud Platforms (e.g. Azure / AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (snowflake) (good to have).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Passion for exploring emerging AI technologies and applying them to solve real-world business problems.
