Job summary

Xanika Infotech LLC is seeking a Consultant to help clients shape and implement Digital Operations across procurement, connected supply chains and digital manufacturing. You will design operating models, governance structures and use a range of digital tools to extract insights and drive outcomes.

The role requires experience in supply chain transformation and the ability to work both independently and in teams, with strong communication and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management with Operations specialization is advantageous.
• Certifications in Digital Operations or Connected Supply Chain are beneficial.
• Proven track record in supply chain transformation using digital aids.
• Experience with SAP IBP Control Tower, Anaplan, Riverlogic, Anylogistix.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Experience in both independent projects and team-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop client Digital Operations strategies and design their Operating Model and Governance framework.
• Cover areas like Digital Procurement, Connected Supply Chain, and Digitally connected manufacturing.
• Work on Digital Supply Chain management, including planning, monitoring, and optimization.
• Develop supply chain simulation models using recognized digital tools.
• Understand client requirements and provide value-added inputs throughout project stages.
• Independently manage engagements, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• Communicate with senior members of engagement teams on time to tie basis.
• Work with Engagement Teams to develop client s Digital Operations strategy, help design their Operating Model and also, help set up their Governance framework. Digital operations shall include areas such as:o Digital Procurement,o Connected Supply Chain,o Digitally connected manufacturing, etc.
• Work in the areas of Digital Supply Chain management and should be familiar with Supply Chain planning, monitoring, optimization, etc.
• Work on developing supply chain simulation models using industry recognized digital tools
• Work on areas specific to - digital operations maturity assessment, supply chain analytics and intelligence, supplier management, etc.
• Understand the requirements of the clients and provide value added inputs during various stages of the projects
• Communicate with senior members of engagement teams on a day to day basis
• Independently manage engagements, ensuring that work gets completed within the expected timelines and as per defined quality standards.

Requirements

• Master s Degree in Management, with specialization in Operations will be an added benefit
• Any industry recognized certifications in the areas of Digital Operations or Connected Supply Chain will be of added benefit.
• Proven track record of working in supply chain transformation projects, leveraging digital aids
• Proven working experience on tools like:
• SAP IBP Control Tower
• Anaplan
• Riverlogic
• Anylogistix
• Experience working with MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong written and communication skill
• Past experience in working in both independent projects as well as a team-based environment.
