Job summary

Amazon, within the Digi-Flex organization supporting Fire TV's global catalog content operations, seeks a capable leader to guide a ~15-person team responsible for provider onboarding, catalog integration testing, and content/app quality assurance.

The role focuses on stakeholder alignment across sites, delivering SLA and quality targets, documenting processes, and driving improvements with product and engineering partners to enhance the customer experience across global markets.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading prioritization of tasks, team scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements.
  • Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Graduate with 6+ years of experience in operations /program management, of which a minimum 2+ years in managing people.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and be able to influence business and tech partners - supported by the right set of information.
  • Experience owning and building processes with very limited guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder communication across different sites on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
  • Own program specific goals around SLA, quality, productivity, and ensure effective resource utilization to maximize team efficiency.
  • Ensure business processes are well documented and continuously updated.
  • Responsible for identifying customer impacting issues, coming up with solutions and implementing them.
  • Work with product and technical teams to build and improve operational tools and processes.
  • Define, measure and present operating metrics to ops leaders and business partners, along with driving continuous improvements to meet operational targets and OPEX goals.
  • Provide input for transition planning and potential program expansions.
  • Manages people performance and support career progression.
  • Participate in hiring and mentoring to create leadership talent pipeline.

Job description

This position sits within the Digi-Flex organization, supporting Fire TV's global catalog content operations. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of ~15 associates responsible for end-to-end provider onboarding, catalog integration testing, and content/app quality assurance — all aimed at delivering a best-in-class experience for Amazon Fire TV customers worldwide.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
