Job summary

Bosch Group in India seeks a Manager/Deputy Manager to lead TEF1 process optimization and development. You will drive new process development, proto samples, and product data management, leveraging MES and digital tools.

The role requires strong technical foundation in mechanical/electrical engineering, plus leadership, delegation, and collaboration skills to steer cross-functional teams across manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or related field, with strong process engineering exposure.
• Experience in manufacturing process optimization and data-driven improvements.
• Familiarity with IATF audits and quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new processes, proto samples and product data management.
• Drive process improvements using engineering methodologies and digital tools.
• Coach and develop the team; delegate, negotiate and collaborate across functions.
• Ensure compliance with IATF/PS/QMM and other manufacturing standards.

Competent technical knowledge on Process improvements / developments methodologies
Proficient in various manufacturing technologies (plant specific like Force assisted joining and screwing, Welding, Molding, Vision System, Winding, Dispensing etc)
Competent knowledge in Engineering drawing, Engineering statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD& T, MSA etc
Competent knowledge of standard Digital solutions (MES, etc), Digital Competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence)

B.E Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics
