Job summary

Bosch Group in India seeks an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in Project Management to drive localization projects using SE-Agile methods. You will coordinate with SE teams and monitor KPIs for resource, time, specification, cost, and budget.

You will also create project documentation, plan capital equipment, and ensure smooth handover for Series manufacturing, while defining RASI and supporting Industrialization activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mech, Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics) required.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing systems and project coordination.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in manufacturing process in terms of project coordination.
• Experience in change management and supplier coordination with respect to budget and timing.
• Strong dedication, interest, and motivation to proactively drive new and improvement topics.

Responsibilities

• Implement SE-Agile methodology for new projects, collaborate with SE team, and monitor KPIs for Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget.
• Create and maintain project management documentation as per PS Process Compass.
• Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre-acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch and handover of project for series manufacturing with defined communication matrix.
• Define RASI of SE team, improve collaboration with IPN (International Production Network) and provide guidance and support in the Industrialization phase.

The purpose of this position is to support Industrialization of Localization projects as per PS Process Landscape at PS in India (PSIN) to achieve excellence in Manufacturing for all products, through SE (Simultaneous Engineering) methodology.

Project Management:

Implement SE-Agile methodology for New projects, administer collaboration with SE(Simultaneous Engineering) team & monitor KPI's w.r.t Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget

Process Management:

• Create and maintain Project management documentation as per PS Process Compass.
• Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre-acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch & administer handover of project for Series manufacturing along with defined communication matrix

Team Management:

Define RASI of SE team, improve collaboration with IPN
( International Production Network ) & provide Guidance & support in Industrialization phase.

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mech, Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics)
