PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Strategy Consulting - Corporate Deals Technology Manager to shape technology strategy that drives business value across complex M&A transactions, including integrations, separations and carve-outs. You will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts and steer workstreams from planning to delivery.

• Managing solution design and implementation workstreams within time and budget constraints while coordinating deliverables across teams

As a Strategy Consulting - Corporate Deals Technology Manager you will shape technology strategy that supports business value and deal success across complex M&A transactions, including integrations, separations, carve-outs, and divestitures. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and drive workstreams from planning through delivery while navigating ambiguity and maintaining quality and timelines. In this role at PwC, within our Advisory practice, you will support corporate clients across industries with technology due diligence, future-state technology models, integration planning, and divestiture strategy, helping align technology decisions with business and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading technology strategy discussions for mergers, separations, carve-outs, and divestitures across complex corporate transactions
• Directing deal technology due diligence by assessing IT landscapes, identifying risks, and sizing value creation opportunities

What You Must Have

• At least a Master of Business Administration's degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
