Job summary

Peoplefy is seeking a data science professional in Pune to build and deploy machine learning and statistical models. You will analyze voice and call center data, develop dashboards, and translate business problems into analytics solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will present findings to leadership with clarity, work independently, and stay updated on emerging data science and AI technologies while handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in statistical analysis and modeling.
• 4 years of hands-on machine learning experience.
• 4 years of programming experience (preferably Python).
• 3 years of experience in SQL/Data Extraction & Data Manipulation.
• 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong expertise in voice analytics (Plus).

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
• Perform advanced statistical inference, experimentation (A/B testing), and model evaluation.
• Analyze voice and call center data to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present analytical findings.

• Present complex analytical findings to business and executive leadership in a simple and impactful manner.
