Job summary

IQLEXA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD in Pune seeks a senior data scientist to lead end-to-end data science initiatives, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.

You will build ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI solutions using Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science / ML / Analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL programming.
• Expertise in ML and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs.
• Proficient with Spark/PySpark and big data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.

Job description

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.


• Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics models.


• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.


• Build solutions using Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and related technologies.


• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.


• Develop and implement NLP, recommendation systems, forecasting, classification, and clustering models as required.


• Work on Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven applications where applicable.


• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Business teams.


• Deploy models using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.


• Implement MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and performance optimization.


• Present analytical findings and model outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.


• Mentor junior and mid-level Data Scientists and contribute to technical strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / Advanced Analytics.


• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.


• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling.


• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.


• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or related AI technologies.


• Hands-on experience with Spark/PySpark and large-scale data processing.


• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.


• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
