CanKids KidsCan, founded in 2004 to support childhood cancer care across India, is seeking a CSR Documentation & Partnership Coordinator. The role centralizes all partnership documentation, from MoUs to utilization certificates, and links program data with corporate reporting to bolster funding and impact.
You will collaborate with Program, Finance, MEL and Communications, maintain a centralized repository, develop proposals and templates, and ensure timely, compliant reporting to partners.

The CSR Documentation & Partnership Coordinator serves as the central hub for managing the complete lifecycle of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This pivotal role ensures the seamless creation, organization, and maintenance of all documentation related to prospective and existing partnerships. By bridging the gap between programmatic impact and corporate reporting, the coordinator facilitates clear communication, ensures regulatory compliance, and upholds the organization's professional image. The position is essential for driving resource mobilization efforts through the strategic preparation of compelling proposals, accurate impact reporting, and the rigorous management of a centralized knowledge repository.
