Job summary

Merkle in Pune, India, is hiring for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert to design omnichannel journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Mobile. You will develop personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder, and build scalable marketing solutions with Marketing Cloud Next and AI-powered automation.

The role requires hands-on SFMC (Engagement) experience, REST APIs knowledge, and familiarity with Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement).
• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
• Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus.
• Interest in AI-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable.
