Overview

We’re looking for a Corporate Lawyer to support our business across commercial, legal, and risk-related matters. This role exists to ensure our agreements, intellectual property, and legal processes are structured, reviewed, and managed with care as the business scales.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external counterparts, balancing legal rigour with practical business needs. The role involves a mix of hands-on legal execution, stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of key legal workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Contracting & Commercial Agreements
  • Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements across clients and partners
  • Negotiate contract terms with external stakeholders while protecting company interests
  • Support Sales and Partnerships teams on contract interpretation and deal structuring
• Litigation & Risk Management
  • Handle litigation matters independently, including hands-on experience with police stations and High Courts
  • Coordinate with external counsel when required
  • Identify legal risks and support mitigation through clear documentation and advice
  • Maintain oversight of disputes and ongoing legal proceedings
  • Comfortably handle GST-related legal matters and compliances
• Intellectual Property Management
  • Manage intellectual property documentation and related legal processes
  • Support protection and use of IP across products and partnerships
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Engage and advise CXOs and senior leadership on legal and risk matters
  • Contribute to smooth cross-functional execution on legal matters

What We’re Looking For

• Holds an LLB degree
• CS experience is a plus
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in international corporate law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Hands-on litigation experience, including court and police station matters
• Comfortable handling GST issues
• Knowledge of AI tools and legal tech tools is a strong plus
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory
• Bangalore-based candidates only
• Fluency in Kannada is required (spoken and professional working proficiency)
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory
