Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for allocated portions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws (Companies Act, SEBI LODR, AS).
• Provide analytical insights for management decisions.
• Prepare quarterly/annual consolidated financial results/statements for allocated portions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act, SEBI LODR regarding financial reporting and filings.
• Perform inter-company reconciliations.
• Compile group budgets.
• Coordinate with group companies for data requirements and support in accounting of critical transactions.
• Engage with auditors.
• Analyze events and transactions for accounting implications.
• Track accounting developments and plan implementation.
• Identify process improvements, including automation, to reduce cycle time.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for allocated part in preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with the applicable laws (Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Accounting Standards).
• This role requires strong analytical skills, diligence, and the ability to communicate with group companies.
• Provide analytical insights useful for decision making by management.
• Preparation of quarterly/annual Consolidated financial results/statements as per the allocated portion.
• Compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, SEBI LODR (e.g., related party approval and reporting) with respect to financial reporting and regulatory filings.
• Inter-co reconciliations.
• Compilation of group budgets.
• Interaction with group companies for data requirements and support them in accounting of critical transactions.
• Interaction with auditors.
• Analyse events, transactions for accounting implications.
• Tracking accounting developments and plan for its implementation.
• Improvement in processes, including through use of automation, to reduce time taken in completion of activity.
