Job summary

ReNew is seeking a Manager Contracts - RE (Solar / Wind) to lead contract management activities for wind and solar projects in Gurgaon. The role requires 10–12 years of experience in IPP wind contracts, O&M discussions, and ensuring compliance across finance, technical, tax, and operations teams.

The successful candidate will manage OEM term sheets, external O&M agreements, and contractual correspondences, while supporting due diligence and litigation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in contract management.

• Excellent communication and MIS reporting.
• Vendor management & negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• 1. Discuss and finalize term-sheets with OEMs for planned wind asset construction.
• 2. Finalize O&M agreements for new business opportunities in ReNew's service entity.
• 3. Discuss and finalize O&M agreements between ReNew Project SPV and OEMs for O&M services.
• 4. Ensure timely preparation of key contractual terms and circulate to concerned teams for adherence.
• 5. Support due diligence in mergers and acquisitions focusing on contractual adequacy.
• 6. Handle contractual correspondences and notices, interface with OEMs.
• 7. Provide information and data to support litigation as required.

Role - Manager Contracts - RE (Solar / Wind)

Location - Gurgaon

Experiecne - 10 to 12 Years of experience Understanding of Contractual Terms,

KRA :-

• 1 Discussion and finalization of term-sheets execution with various OEMs for planned Construction of wind assets.
• 2 External O&M BusinessDiscussion and finalization of O&M Agreements for new business opportunity of ReNew's service entity
• 3 External O&M Agreements:Discussion and finalization of O&M Agreements execution between ReNew Project SPV and OEMs for O&M Services for the planned Construction of wind assets ensuring the requirements of Finance, Technical, Tax, operation teams and other concerned teams.
• 4 Contract Compliance:Ensuring timely preparation of Key contractual terms and circulate to concerned team for newly executed agreements for the adherence to Contractual terms
• 5 Mergers and Acquisitions- Actively involved in Due diligence activities with respect to contractual adequacy and support to operations team by highlighting the identified gaps and taking up with concern.
• 6 Contractual Correspondences:Understand the contractual issue and sending Notices to OEMs, works as Interface for OEMs for any contractual matter. Including Resolution of day to day contractual queries/ matters by discussion and engagement of internal team members and OEMS as per requirement.
• 7 Litigation support: for any major disputes, assist legal team for providing the related information along with Supporting data.
