Job summary

ReNew seeks a Land Acquisition, Approvals and ROW Manager for wind projects in Madhya Pradesh. You will identify land, coordinate with owners and authorities, and support due diligence and approvals to enable wind farm development.

Role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree. You will work with Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Contracts, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure timely project execution and compliance.

Qualifications

• Assist in land identification and preliminary feasibility assessments for wind projects.
• Coordinate with landowners, developers, and local authorities for land acquisition and ROW activities.
• Support legal due diligence, title verification, and documentation with legal and revenue department officials.
• Track and facilitate project approvals, permits, and NOCs for wind farm development and commissioning.
• Coordinate land demarcation, pathway access, and site readiness for WTG installation and construction teams.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Contracts, Finance, and Legal.
• Monitor vendor performance and assist in bill processing and issue resolution.
• Assist in post-acquisition activities such as mutation, NA conversion, and land handover.
• Maintain project records, land databases, compliance trackers, and progress reports.

Job Description

• Assist in land identification, preliminary feasibility assessments, and field surveys for wind energy projects.
• Coordinate with landowners, developers, and local authorities for land acquisition and Right of Way (ROW) activities.
• Support legal due diligence, title verification, and documentation processes with legal and revenue department officials.
• Track and facilitate project approvals, permits, and NOCs required for wind farm development and commissioning.
• Coordinate land demarcation, pathway access, and site readiness activities for WTG installation and construction teams.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Contracts, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor vendor performance, follow up on deliverables, and support timely bill processing and closure of outstanding issues.
• Assist in post-acquisition activities such as mutation, subdivision, NA conversion, record updates, and land handover processes.
• Maintain project records, land databases, compliance trackers, and prepare periodic progress reports for management.
• Support resolution of land-related issues from acquisition through commissioning and handover to operations teams.
