Job summary

Control Component India Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a proactive Project Contracts Manager to oversee contract scope, cost controls and margin delivery across projects.

You will coordinate multi-functional teams, respond to customer inquiries, manage billing, and drive timely project closure while mitigating risks and contractual claims. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, quality, purchasing, production, shipping and finance to ensure fulfilment of contracts from order

Qualifications

• Contract management to control project costs and protect gross margin
• Increase order value through contract optimization
• Project planning including scheduling and cost control
• Conduct project progress review meetings with team and customer
• Negotiate contract extras with customer based on scope
• Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries on technical and commercial
• Coordinate engineering, QA, purchasing, production, shipping, and finance to fulfill contracts
• Transmit drawings, data sheets, calculations, and reports per contract
