Job summary

Venus Home Appliances is seeking a dynamic content strategist and social media specialist to drive video-first campaigns across platforms in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You will align content with brand goals and plan engaging video content.

You will collaborate with designers, editors, influencers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content, track performance, and stay ahead of trends using AI tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Plan, create, and manage video-first content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content, including Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Coordinate with influencers.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Work closely with designers, video editors, influencers, marketing teams and Ad Agencies to deliver high-quality content.
• Plan and execute UGC campaigns to increase engagement and brand credibility.
• Use AI tools to streamline content creation, ideation, scripting, editing, and optimization.
• Write compelling captions, video scripts, social media copy, and campaign content.
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategies using analytics and platform insights.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.
