Guru Outdoors India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to independently manage statutory, legal, labour, taxation, licensing, and government-permission requirements for CityPulse, an outdoor advertising initiative.

Qualificações

• 7–12 years of experience in compliance, legal administration, statutory compliance, or government liaison.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour-law requirements.
• Hands-on experience in handling government permissions, licensing, renewals, and documentation.
• Experience in advertising, outdoor media, infrastructure, production, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent documentation, follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and compliance/reporting systems.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
• Additional certification in Labour Law, Compliance, or Legal Administration will be preferred.

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Compliance Manager to independently manage our statutory, legal, labour, taxation, licensing, and government-permission requirements.

This is a critical role for a company operating in outdoor advertising and large-scale brand-visibility projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with government departments, local authorities, consultants, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring that filings, renewals, permissions, and documentation are always in order.
