Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite Property and Fire insurance risks for new and renewal business.
• Evaluate risk exposures, loss history, financial strength, and catastrophe-related risks.
• Perform technical pricing and recommend appropriate coverage terms, limits, and deductibles.
• Conduct risk evaluation, financial due diligence, and DSCR analysis to support underwriting decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance through loss ratio analysis and exposure management.
• Assess natural catastrophe exposures and support portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Utilize RMIS, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Generative AI tools for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with brokers, clients, claims, actuarial, and risk management teams.
