Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead end-to-end campaign management across Amazon, Flipkart and quick commerce platforms, driving performance and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will own campaign execution, reporting, and optimisation, with hands-on experience in quick commerce and strong Excel/reporting skills. Agency background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital media.
• Strong exposure to campaign management on e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms is mandatory.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Execution: Manage e-commerce media campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and quick commerce channels.
• Quick Commerce Focus: Coordinate with platform reps to optimise performance and handle quick commerce campaigns.
• Performance & Optimisation: Track KPIs (ROAS, sales, traffic, visibility) and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share insights with clients and internal teams.

Overview

Publicis Groupe is looking for an E-commerce Manager to support end-to-end campaign management across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The role requires hands-on experience in managing media campaigns, driving performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution

• Manage e-commerce media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
• Execute campaigns as per media plans, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor live campaigns and ensure smooth delivery and optimisation

Quick Commerce Focus

• Handle quick commerce campaign execution including sponsored listings and visibility initiatives
• Coordinate with platform representatives to optimise performance
• Understand quick commerce dynamics such as availability, pricing, and promotions

Performance & Optimisation

• Track campaign performance against KPIs (ROAS, sales, traffic, visibility)
• Identify insights and recommend optimisation strategies
• Ensure effective budget utilisation

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
• Share insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients
• Work closely with planning, account management, and analytics teams

Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital media
• Strong exposure to campaign management on e-commerce platforms
• Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms is mandatory
