Job summary

Stackave Solutions is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant in our Technology & Transformation Team to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations.

Role emphasizes hands-on data management with Collibra, IKC/ICC and related tools, establishing governance standards, data modeling, and driving end-to-end data traceability across global teams. 12+ years IT experience and 6+ years in data management are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total IT experience.
• 6+ years in data management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra, IKC, or equivalent tools.
• Proven track record in technical metadata cataloguing.
• Strong capability in designing data lineage frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL for querying complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of conceptual and logical data models.
• Experience in Agile delivery and project methodologies.
• Background working with global, multicultural teams.
• Skill in data profiling to identify data trends.
• Ability to develop and prioritize data quality rules.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Collibra , MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality data management tools.

• Maintain business glossaries and associate technical/business metadata.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis with stakeholders.
• Design frameworks for consistent end-to-end data traceability.
• Document lifecycles and complex data dependencies.
• Perform impact assessments for upstream data changes.
• Build roadmaps with architects from current to ideal states.
• Partner with architects to map out portfolio data locations.
• Work with modelers on source-to-target mapping.
• Create data catalogs to maximize data searchability.
• Communicate downstream impacts of technical changes clearly.
