Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a data governance professional to drive metadata management and data lineage across our global teams. You will maintain business glossaries, data catalogs, and data assets using Collibra, IKC, and related tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage activities across the organization.
• Manage business glossary, metadata, and data catalog information using Collibra, IKC, or similar tools.
• Perform data mapping, lifecycle management, and impact analysis.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Support data modelling activities and alignment with Data Governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain business glossary terms, metadata, data assets, and data relationships.
• Support data profiling and data quality management activities to address issues.
• Define and maintain Data Quality Rules and governance initiatives.
• Identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and support regulatory compliance.
• Use SQL to query and analyze large datasets.
• Work with multi-cultural/global teams in Agile environments.
• Perform data impact analysis and identify upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Support continuous improvement of governance processes.
