Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in India seeks a Project Controller/Analyst to support budgeting, planning and project controls across multiple locations. The role focuses on performance tracking, risk mitigation, and building MIS for informed decision‑making.

You will assist leaders in scheduling, resource planning and governance reviews, helping ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of key programs.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/ME/MTech in Mechanical/Production is required.
• Experience in budgeting, planning and project controls is preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to project teams for business case, planning and budgeting.
• Track performance and monitor progress across projects.
• Support teams to meet time, cost and performance targets.
• Assist in risk mitigation and critical path activities.
• Develop MIS and databases for project reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external agencies to remove bottlenecks.

JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITY

1. Provide support to various project teams for Business Case, Planning, Budgeting, and Project and Target costing.
2. Performance analysis, tracking and progress monitoring of different projects.
3. Continuous support to project teams across locations to achieve time, cost and performance targets.
4. Help team leader/ key members in project planning with the involvement of all stakeholders.
5. Help Project Heads to identify critical path activities and develop risk mitigation plans
6. Work towards de  bottlenecking issues and upscale unresolved issues at higher levels.
7. Develop a periodic review calendar for the team and ensure the same.
8. Help the team leader for top management reviews.
9. Plan, budget and monitor resources.
10. Support team leaders in evaluating project management processes periodically, identify gaps and draw up improvement plans.
11. Develop database and systems to build MIS related to projects
12. Coordination with internal and external agencies to eliminate bottlenecks and facilitate

• Planning, timely monitoring and periodic review of all projects across location
