Job description

• Manages experienced technical/professional colleagues who exercise latitude and independence in assignments
• Focuses on policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less) OR may manage project of significant size and impact to the company
• Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex
• Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures OR may be a recognized subject matter expert
