• Managing and ensuring smooth operational activities for Clearing Settlement and Collateral Management as per Circulars, schedules checklists
• Compliance to the regulatory directives
• Coordination with in house development team for development / automation of various processes and functionalities
• Conducting user acceptance testing for various upgrades to the systems and processes
• Ensuring adhering to the required service level standards for various processes related to operations
• Providing timely data/information to internal Department / Regulatory agencies
• Conducting training sessions for the team to acquaint them on change in regulations, systems and processes
• Drafting and updating department SOP
• Handling various regulatory, statutory and process audits

Additional Requirements

• Candidate shall work in shifts
• Relevant certifications like MCCP / NCFM
