Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in India seeks a Manager Zonal for Circle Performance and Optimization. Based in Ahilyabai Nagar, you will lead in-performance analysis and optimization to deliver superior voice and data experiences.

You will use OSS, drive tests, and crowd-sourced data to monitor network quality, propose actions for 4G/VoLTE, and prepare change requests to improve key KPIs. A B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication with 5+ years’ experience is required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech Electronics and Telecommunications required with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in telecom network performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Network performance analysis through OSS/drive tests and crowd data to improve 4G/VoLTE quality.
• Analyze end-to-end KPIs and propose actions to enhance performance.
• Optimize cells with high DCR and low throughput.
• Prepare CRs for changes at counter level.

• Job Purpose: In the highly competitive telecom business, Network Quality is the key differentiator Of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for quality and performance of circle and to ensure prompt monitoring and Optimization to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers.
• Key Result Areas/Accountabilities: Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (4G/VoLTE) & customer experience
• Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.- VDCR, HOSR, CSSR, Throughput, CQI at cell level.
• Indepth knowkedge for LAYER strategy and Load balancing
• Optimization and Analysis of High DCR , Low throughput and CSSR cells.
• Knowledge of MYCOM Reporting tool and Template preparation.
• Experience in Preparation of CR for changes required at counter level
