Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking an experienced TM – DATA Core to manage O&M of the PS Core network in Hyderabad. The role requires leading a team of packet core engineers and ensuring high availability, with emphasis on PLC and PS signaling flows.

Ideal candidates will have a BE in Electronics & Telecommunication with eight years of PACO experience, preferably on Nokia/ZTE PACO nodes and routers, and strong troubleshooting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Should have BE in Electronics & Telecommunication with eight years of PACO experience.
• Preferably experience on Nokia/ZTE PACO nodes/routers in O&M and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of PS core, VoLTE, and PS signaling flow.

Responsibilities

• Operation & Maintenance of Nokia/ZTE PACO nodes and routers.
• Timely roll out of PS Core Network.
• Adherence to the NWS processes.
• NW modification & augmentation.
• Ensuring network availability >99%.
• Customer complaints handling.
• Lead a team of packet core engineers.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Should have thorough Knowledge on PS domain
• Should have Knowledge on VoLTE
• Should be able to troubleshoot customer complaints
• Should be familiar with PS signaling flow
• Should possess knowledge to take trace from Protocol analyzer and troubleshoot call failures/System failure in short time frame
• Should have knowledge on IP domain

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication with at least eight years of PACO experience
• Preferably Job experience in the ZTE/Nokia PACO nodes / Routers on regular O&M and troubleshooting
