Job summary

PwC Service Delivery Center in India seeks an experienced Change Manager to drive global transformation initiatives. You will develop change strategies, coordinate communications, and lead cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in change management, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with ADKAR or similar frameworks; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

In data engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assessment of requirements, detailed planning and delivery of change and communications activities.
• Create and execute business change impact assessments and change action plans.
• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes and ensure buy-in for project delivery.
• Apply and adapt ETO change and communication methodologies, tools and frameworks.
• Identify, mobilise and manage the project change network.
• Design and execute business readiness and adoption plans.
• Lead communication planning, stakeholder engagement strategies, messaging and content development.
• Collaborate with sponsors, GPOs, TPOs, Finance, Communications and other partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and best practices compliance.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in change management and communications delivery. Proven record of leading transformational change programs including digital transformation, SAP ERP deployments, operating model change, cultural change and MA. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and with senior leadership.
• Expertise in communication strategy, planning and delivery. Knowledge of human-centric design, workshop facilitation and agile change methodologies preferred. Ability to manage global, virtual and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and experience applying ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with persona mapping and change journey design. Prosci or APMG certification preferred. PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Flexible to work across global time zones based on business needs
