Role Overview
As a Manager in the CEO's Office at The Ayurveda Experience, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to growth, efficiency, and transformation initiatives across the organization. Your role will involve leading high-priority projects, providing analytical insights, ensuring smooth business governance, and managing ad‑hoc mandates from the CEO. You will work closely with various functions such as ecommerce, marketing, finance, operations, HR, and investor relations to drive strategic initiatives and business excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO on business strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead special projects, strategic reviews, and cross‑functional programs mandated by the CEO.
- Conduct consulting‑style analysis to solve ambiguous business problems and provide strategic insights.
- Prepare board‑level presentations, investor updates, and strategic reports for leadership communication.
- Deliver data‑driven insights across ecommerce, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Build forecasting models and scenario analyses to support strategic and financial planning.
- Conduct P&L deep‑dives, unit economics analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Optimize revenue and profitability across ecommerce platforms through analytics.
- Drive performance marketing ROI analysis, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation studies.
- Work with the CFO/Finance team on financial analysis, cost optimization, and investment evaluations.
- Support budgeting, cash flow projections, and capital allocation decisions.
- Partner with operations and supply chain to identify efficiency gaps and process improvements.
- Define KPIs, track progress against goals, and institutionalize best practices and governance frameworks.
- Lead high‑impact projects across business functions with tight timelines and limited structure.
- Provide rapid analysis to address immediate CEO queries and act as a bridge across teams to ensure execution speed.
Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier‑1 B‑School in India (IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, etc.).
- 8‑12 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analytics, or CEO's office roles.
- Strong analytical toolkit including SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Exposure to marketing platforms, ecommerce analytics.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, agility, and comfort with fast‑paced, unstructured environments.
