Job summary

Nirmaan Organization is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the Skill Centre operations in Delhi, coordinating student engagement, training, and placements. You will build and maintain employer connections, coordinate placement drives and interviews, and support students with job readiness and post-placement follow-up.

The role requires 4+ years in skill development or centre management and a strong ability to network with employers, manage teams, and coordinate complex activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in skill development, placement, or centre management.
• Experience in working with and supporting PwD candidates is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong employer networking, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Experience in NGOs, skilling organizations, or employability programs will be an added advantage.
