Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a senior Power BI professional to design and deliver dashboards, mentor the BI team, and drive data-driven insights across retail and ecommerce. The role requires strong stakeholder management and advanced Excel/SQL skills.

As a leader in analytics, you will work with large data sets, collaborate with IT and business solutions teams, and push BI adoption across the organization. Equality and fairness are core to our hiring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI report development.
• Proven track record leading BI projects in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience with data modelling; Python/R a plus.

Responsibilities

YOUR TALENT

• 5+ years of experience working with Power BI reports development.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Power BI projects in dynamic and ambiguous situations.
• Strong team management, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Expert level knowledge of Power BI and strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced level of knowledge in Excel and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Tabular Editor and DBX SQL.
• Basic understanding of data modelling tools like R and Python will be a plus.
• Work experience in Retail, Ecommerce, Analytics Consulting companies such as Mu Sigma, Fractal Analytics, Tredence etc.
• Experience in leading BI and analytics projects, and stakeholder management.
