Arvind in Ahmedabad, India is seeking a finance professional to join its FP&A team responsible for partnering with manufacturing units, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

You will monitor factory performance, lead budgeting and forecasts for the Knits unit, analyze line costs, manage working capital, and ensure strong financial governance.

Qualificações

• MBA (Finance) with 3–6 years in FP&A, costing, or manufacturing finance.
• Hands-on SAP experience and advanced MS Excel/financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a business partnering approach.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor factory profitability, analyze variances, and deliver monthly dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and business planning for the Knits unit.
• Analyze line-level costs (fabric utilization, CM costs, wastage, operator efficiency) to drive savings.
• Control inventory turnover and optimize working capital drivers.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, MIS standards, and month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Governance: Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, MIS standards, and month-end closures.

Requirements

• Education: MBA (FInance) with 3 - 6 years in FP&A, Costing, or Manufacturing Finance
• Technical Skills: Mandatory hands-on SAP experience + Advanced MS Excel / Financial Modeling skills.
• Strong analytical acumen with a business partnering mindset.
