Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Strong Lean and OEE experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive cost reduction projects and monitor their impact on operational performance.
• Analyze production data, identify root causes of performance gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, OEE reports, and improvement project outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Establish standardized processes and drive a continuous improvement culture across operations.
• Review project performance, prepare management reports, and recommend strategies for operational excellence.
