Eaton seeks a Data Analytics Leader to transform business, operational, and financial data into actionable insights across functions in Pune. The role steers data architecture, governance, and enterprise reporting to empower executives with trusted information.

The candidate will lead a team, partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver scalable analytics and forward-looking insights using Power BI, SAP BW, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics transformation across Finance, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, SupplyChain and Operations.
• Design and implement data architectures standardizing information from disparate systems into a single source of truth.
• Utilize analytics, BI, and data visualization platforms to consolidate enterprise data for decision-making across leadership.
• Align master data, processes, and reporting structures across ERP environments for consistency and accuracy.
• Develop automated data pipelines enabling real-time or near real-time reporting across functions.
• Transform multi-system data into a unified analytical platform for actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to bridge technology, governance, and business needs for enterprise analytics.
• Apply data management practices including quality, governance, and integration standards to maximize data value.
• Enable leadership with scalable, enterprise-wide reporting and analytics capabilities.

This role be a leader of people with one direct report. Responsibile for transforming business, operational, and financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making across functions such as Finance, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, SupplyChain, and Operations. The role bridges business needs with contemporary technologies and IT data systems, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and relevance for stakeholders including Executive Leadership.

• Leverages modern digital technologies, cloud platforms, and advanced data integration tools to connect and synchronize data across multiple ERP systems.
• Designs and implements data architectures that standardize information from disparate business systems into a single source of truth.
• Utilizes contemporary analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization platforms to consolidate enterprise data and drive decision-making.
• Aligns master data, business processes, and reporting structures across multiple ERP environments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Develops automated data pipelines and integration frameworks that enable real-time or near real-time reporting across business functions.
• Transforms complex, multi-system data into a unified analytical platform that provides actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to bridge technology, data governance, and business requirements, ensuring seamless enterprise-wide analytics.
