Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with ops teams to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:
