Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All seeks a senior marketing leader to accelerate growth across wholesale and multi-brand channels. You will drive strategic plans, budgets, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, and Audiology to deliver ROI-driven campaigns.

In this role you will expand the Best Sound Centre retail channel, explore Tier 3–4 city opportunities, and partner with BD and Optical Channel teams to broaden routes to market, including government avenues.

Qualifications

• 8-9+ years of progressive marketing/functional leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, consumer healthcare or allied industries is preferred.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing initiatives and ROI-focused plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow wholesale via a multi-brand channel strategy.
• Define annual marketing priorities and budgets aligned with business objectives; allocate resources by ROI.
• Partner with senior leaders to support long-term strategy and growth.
• Lead marketing to expand the Best Sound Centre retail channel, incl. Tier 3–4 city expansion.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Optical Channel teams to grow routes to market, incl. government.
• Direct Product Marketing and Audiology on market priorities, segmentation and campaigns with Sales and others.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to accelerate growth of the wholesale business through a differentiated multi-brand channel strategy


• Define annual marketing priorities and investment plans aligned with business objectives, and recommend resource allocation across initiatives based on market opportunities and expected ROI


• Partner with senior leadership to support long-term strategic planning and business growth initiatives


• Lead strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen and expand the Best Sound Centre (BSC) retail channel, including identifying expansion opportunities across Tier 3 and 4 cities


• Partner with the Business Development and Optical Channel teams to expand alternative routes to market, including the government business, through targeted marketing initiatives


• Provide strategic direction to the Product Marketing and Audiology teams on market prioritisation, customer segmentation, and campaign execution, collaborating closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams.

What You Bring

• 8-9 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or commercial strategy, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, consumer healthcare, or allied industries


• Experience developing and executing both B2B and B2C marketing strategies


• Good understanding of channel marketing, brand development, product launches, and go-to-market execution


• Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organisations, influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Audiology, Business Development, and Leadership teams


• Solid ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing initiatives, manage marketing budgets, and evaluate ROI


• Master's degree or higher, ideally in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
