• Mentoring and guiding sub‑ordinates and inculcating the culture of the firm
• Ensure timely implementation of projects
• Primary contact point for the client

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Leading a team of approximately 5 (after 4-6 months) in developing internet marketing strategies for clients in India and abroad
• Day‑to‑day client servicing and coordinating between the client and our team
• Setting and meeting deadlines / team‑lines in terms of project deliverables

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience
• BE (any stream) from a reputed engineering college (Preferred)
• Graduate / PG with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• GAP Certified

Job Related Skills

• GAP Certified Professional with proficiency in handling Google AdWords, Yahoo and Bing Paid Search Marketing platforms
• Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time
• Set and meet deadlines for self as well as others in the team
• Independently handle clients
• Maximize client’s profits by using creative and analytical skills to write advertisements, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics and manage client’s marketing budget effectively
• Show results with majority of campaigns performing better than benchmarks
• Proactively research and contribute to the research team
• Prior experience in handling bid management tools is an additional (not necessary) advantage
• Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning
• Keen interest in technology‑based marketing and advertising, e‑commerce, and other web‑based channels
