Ecolab Global Services is seeking a Manager, BI Product Development to lead BI product execution globally. You will manage BI Analysts and Developers, guiding delivery from intake through production release while ensuring timeline, cost, and quality adherence.

You will drive end-to-end BI product delivery, set clear ownership expectations, and enforce development standards. Offshore teams and agile practices are part of the role to ensure scalable, high-quality analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, CS, IS, or related field.
• 12+ years in BI/Analytics/Data Product development.
• 5+ years in people management or senior delivery leadership, incl. offshore teams.
• Senior-level experience with Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Proven success delivering work in an Agile environment.

Job Overview

The Manager, Business Intelligence Product Development is responsible for leading Business Intelligence product execution within a global operating model. This role manages BI Analysts and Developers and is accountable for bringing analytics products from intake through production release, with ownership of outcomes related to timeline, cost, quality, and adherence to enterprise technical and governance standards.

The role partners with BI Demand teams on planning and prioritization and collaborates with BI Support & Enablement to ensure production readiness, effective support handoff, and reliable analytics solutions that meet enterprise and Finance stakeholder needs.

What You Will Do

• Own endtoend delivery for a portfolio of BI products, ensuring commitments are met on time, on budget, and at expected quality
• Lead and develop BI Analysts and Developers, setting clear expectations for ownership, performance, and technical growth.
• Drive work from intake through release, including estimation, design review, development, testing, and release readiness.
• Define, implement, and enforce BI development, security, and quality standards while driving consistent, efficient delivery through standardized development processes.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and guide adoption of modern BI, data, and analytics technologies that support longterm sustainability and quality.
• Partner with Business Intelligence Demand teams on roadmaps, delivery plans, and priority alignment.
• Collaborate with BI Support & Enablement to ensure smooth production handoff and operational readiness.
• Improve team efficiency and predictability through Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage resources and vendor partners, balancing capacity, cost, and delivery outcomes.
• Act as a senior technical and delivery escalation point for complex issues and risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Product Development.
• 5+ years of experience in a people management or senior delivery leadership role, including offshore or distributed teams.
• Seniorlevel experience with Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Proven success delivering work in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Finance / FP&A stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure analytics services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Azure DevOps).
• Exposure to Python, Streamlit, or advanced analytics frameworks.
• Experience with production support models, data quality, and release governance.
• Proven vendor and partner management experience in India.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills.
