Job summary

PwC Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/PM to partner with business stakeholders, gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, and drive end-to-end project delivery across technology, operations, and data teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in BA/PM roles, strong requirements management, stakeholder communication and governance. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or Smartsheet is required; banking domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles.
• Strong understanding of requirements management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, data, and external vendors.
• Assist with UAT planning, test case validation, and release coordination.
