is seeking a seasoned investment banking professional to join its ECM syndication desk, led by a SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker. The role involves identifying and targeting institutional investors, driving syndication across IPOs, QIPs, Buybacks, FPOs, Rights Issues, Open Offers and related transactions, and managing investor communications through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in syndication of ECM mandates.
• Strong relationships across large corporates and financial services markets.
• Experience with investor management credentials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target institutional investors, domestic and international, alongside the sales and investment banking teams
• Maintain databases of investor preferences, allocations and feedback
• Participate in investor pick meetings and select investors with the sales team
• Drive syndication, coverage and placement across IPO, QIP, Buy Back, FPO, Rights Issue, Open Offer, FCCB and GDR / ADR transactions
• Manage investor communication through the transaction lifecycle and support pricing and allocation decisions
