Senior Manager Architect role oversees and manages structural and civil engineering operations in the architectural department, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural and interior civil engineering aspects of architectural projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Ensure projects adhere to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural, civil, and interior design solutions into the architectural framework.
• Review and approve detailed drawings, plans, and calculations for compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve studies and assessments related to structural, interior, and civil engineering.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation and management of project budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Monitor project cost and timelines, implementing corrective actions as necessary to avoid delays or budget overruns.
