Ideal candidate has extensive control valve experience, Fisher product knowledge, and a track record of process improvement. Strong coaching and customer-focused collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in control valves engineering.
• Deep knowledge of control valve products and industry applications.
• Knowledge of Fisher products and accessories is a plus.
• Experience reviewing control valve project specifications.
• Optimizes work processes and improves performance metrics.
• Expert on Fisher products, sizing techniques and tools.
• Provides feedback on products gaps, competition and sales tools.
• Fisher Red Belt certified; PRESTO tool experience is an advantage.
• Experience leading AE team of 10+ engineers.

Responsibilities

• Project lead for high-priority projects, prepare technical/commercial quotes, attend customer meetings.
• Act as a trainer conducting technical trainings to project teams.
• Prepare & document Order Entry guidelines post-award and engage in post-order activities till shipment.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction & drive continuous improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage workload, performance review of sub-ordinates & manage metrices for the team

• To work with Sales & Industry teams on fixing the AE Selection guidelines & alternate proposals on a project with increased complexity, lead time & cost
• Ensure AE Selection guidelines are set and documented prior to all project’s quotations.
• Drive MIB & New product selection opportunities in quote strategy.
• Project Lead for high-priority projects as consultant, prepare technical/commercial quote and attend customer meets when required.
• Act as a Trainer in conducting technical trainings to Project teams.
• To prepare & document Order Entry guidelines upon project award and engage in post order activities till shipment.
• Ensure Stakeholders satisfaction & drive continuous improvements to enhance quality and productivity

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Control valves engineering
• In depth knowledge of control valve products and industry application
• Knowledge on Fisher products and accessories would be a plus.
• Experience of reviewing Control valve project specifications.
• Optimizes work processes and improves performance metrics.
• Expert on all Fisher products, sizing techniques and tools.
• Provides feedback to Business on Products Gaps, Competition and enhance sales tools.
• Fisher Red Belt certified, Hands-on experience of PRESTO tool would be added advantages.
• Experience of leading AE team of over 10 Engineers in past would be added advantage
