Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end apparel sourcing and production execution.
• Plan capacity, production scheduling, and vendor lead-time optimization.
• Monitor production using TNA, WIP reports, and production trackers.
• Identify production risks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive supplier performance to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and service KPIs.
• Lead product development, sample execution, and production follow-up.
• Negotiate product costing and optimize FOB while supporting margin improvement.
• Review tech packs, costing, TNAs, and production data for accuracy and readiness.
• Collaborate with suppliers, factories, merchandising, PPC, quality, and design teams.
• Identify, onboard, develop, and manage vendors while ensuring compliance.
• Prepare and maintain production reports using internal systems and planning tools.
• Drive continuous improvement across sourcing and supply chain operations.
• Travel regularly to supplier and factory locations for follow-up and issue resolution.

Job description

The Manager – Apparel Sourcing is responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities, including sample development, costing, vendor onboarding, production follow-up, and supplier performance. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven delivery through effective planning, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with regular travel to supplier and factory locations.

Manage end-to-end sourcing and production execution for apparel and accessories.

Drive capacity planning, production scheduling, and supplier lead-time optimization.

Monitor production progress through TNA (Time & Action Calendar), WIP reports, and production trackers.

Identify production risks early and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.

Manage supplier performance and drive achievement of quality, cost, delivery, and service KPIs.

Lead product development, sample execution, and production follow-up to meet business timelines.

Negotiate product costing and optimize FOB while supporting margin improvement initiatives.

Review tech packs, costing, TNAs, and production data to ensure accuracy and execution readiness.

Collaborate with suppliers, factories, merchandising, PPC, quality, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.

Identify, onboard, develop, and manage vendors while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Prepare and maintain production reports using internal systems and production planning tools.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and supply chain operations.

Travel regularly to supplier and factory locations for production follow-up, vendor development, and issue resolution.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with Flex PLM, SAP, or similar ERP/PLM systems is preferred.
