Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of apparel sourcing or related supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and production execution for apparel and accessories.
• Drive capacity planning, production scheduling, and supplier lead-time optimization.
• Monitor production progress with TNA, WIP reports and trackers.
• Identify production risks and implement corrective actions for on-time delivery.
• Manage supplier performance to achieve KPIs on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Lead product development, sample execution, and production follow-up to meet timelines.
• Negotiate product costing and optimize FOB while supporting margin improvement.
• Review tech packs, costing, TNAs, and production data for accuracy.
• Collaborate with suppliers, factories, merchandising, PPC, quality and design teams.
• Identify and onboard vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports using internal systems and planning tools.
• Drive continuous improvement across sourcing and supply chain operations.
• Travel regularly to supplier and factory locations for follow-up and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Flex PLM, SAP, or similar ERP/PLM systems preferred.

Job description

The Manager – Apparel Sourcing is responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities, including sample development, costing, vendor onboarding, production follow-up, and supplier performance. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven delivery through effective planning, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with regular travel to supplier and factory locations.

Manage end-to-end sourcing and production execution for apparel and accessories.

Drive capacity planning, production scheduling, and supplier lead-time optimization.

Monitor production progress through TNA (Time & Action Calendar), WIP reports, and production trackers.

Identify production risks early and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.

Manage supplier performance and drive achievement of quality, cost, delivery, and service KPIs.

Lead product development, sample execution, and production follow-up to meet business timelines.

Negotiate product costing and optimize FOB while supporting margin improvement initiatives.

Review tech packs, costing, TNAs, and production data to ensure accuracy and execution readiness.

Collaborate with suppliers, factories, merchandising, PPC, quality, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
