About the Team

The Admin team at Navi ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the organization, and focuses on enhancing workplace experience. They manage office services, coordinate logistics, and handle administrative tasks to support stakeholders in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end Food & Beverage operations including cafeteria, pantry, tuckshop, senior management needs, internal events, and ad-hoc services.
  • Ensure consistent standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation, taste, and service timelines.
  • Lead coordination with catering vendors to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and compliance of cafeterias, kitchens, pantries, and service areas.
  • Manage F&B arrangements for senior management, Board, and key client meetings with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Oversee F&B support for internal events, training, and townhalls, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Govern tuckshop and pantry operations, ensuring stock availability, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Drive menu strategy, food festivals, and quarterly menu updates with vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews and scorecards; resolve issues promptly.
  • Track consumption, validate invoices, and drive budget control and cost optimization.
  • Ensure food service adherence to defined timings and food sampling protocols.
  • Oversee food inspections, equipment readiness, and AMC governance. Ensure BCP dry stock availability and enforce MSDS-compliant cleaning practices.
  • Govern food safety through audits, lab testing, temperature control, and waste management.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, license tracking, and renewals.
  • Review feedback, KPIs, and service ratings; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure vendors and internal teams meet defined service standards and SLAs.
  • Stay aligned with industry best practices in food services and facilities management.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, presentation, turnaround time, and service standards.
  • Track feedback, service scores, and complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Define and monitor service benchmarks, KPIs, and rating mechanisms for all F&B services.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, food safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, implement, and periodically update SOPs for F&B and related facility services.
  • Verify compliance with statutory and contract labor requirements.
  • Conduct audits, reviews, and investigations to ensure strong governance.
  • Ensure vendors and internal teams adhere to defined service standards and expectations.
Must Haves
  • 7+ years of experience in Admin and facilities management or similar background
  • Analytical skills are required to provide accurate and actionable data regarding supply, demand, growth, alternatives, and recommended strategies for office space usage.

  • Responsible for maintaining a high standard of facility factors that directly impact employee productivity.
