Job summary

Acumen360 Consulting & HR Solutions in Vadodara is seeking a qualified CA with 8-10 years post-qualification experience, including 3+ years in a similar role, to join as Accountant / Management Accountant. SAP experience is mandatory and the role reports to Head of Accounts & Controlling.

The position involves a mix of accounting, MIS and business analysis (30% accounting, 70% MIS). It is a work-from-office, full-time role with responsibilities across corporate accounts and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Corporate accounts management and IND AS/IFRS compliance.

• Prepare MIS & analysis on utilities, fixed cost, inventory, working capital.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal process owners; ensure internal controls.

Job Description

• Education : Qualified CA

• This position will report to Head of Accounts & Controlling

• KRA:
• Corporate Accounts
• Ensuring correct accounting of all transactions & ensure that all the aspects of IND AS have been adhered
• Ensuring that standard operating procedures are in place in all significant accounting process
• Responsible for monthly accounts including notes and necessary disclosures for Dubai subsidiary (as per IFRS and as per Ind AS) and prepare presentations etc., for board meeting of Dubai subsidiary
• Responsible for annual accounts for gratuity trust
• Responsible for annual tax audit
• Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Closing:
• Monthly, quarterly & annual closing activities
• Work towards improving and reducing the time for closing activities
• Adherence to IND AS in monthly closing
• Ensure accuracy of monthly provisions and prepare expense schedules on monthly basis
• Prepare various MIS and analysis for Utilities, Fixed cost, Inventory, NRV, working capital etc.,
• Support NWC control activity
• Internal Controls & Audits
• Co-ordination with the Statutory Auditor and Cost auditor
• Co-ordination with internal process owners on matters of accounts and audit
• Support & Coordination
• Strengthen Internal control for all accounting related activities and processes
