Job summary

Actide International in Vadodara is seeking an Accountant / Management Accountant at staff level to manage routine accounting tasks and assist with financial reporting in a work-from-office setup.

The role requires full-time hours and will involve close coordination with auditors and bankers to ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with auditor and banker to prepare RBI-compliant documents and travel expense records.
• Verify travel-related expenses for designated personnel and maintain travel summaries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and bank account reconciliation.
• Handle import, advance payments and related document preparation.
• Open Idpms closing activities.
• Banking tasks including RTGS, demand drafts, cheque preparation, fixed deposits.
• Manage foreign currency loading and buying activities.
