Job summary

NITCO LIMITED in Mumbai is seeking a CA Intermediate / BCom with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, taxation and compliance, preferably with exposure to a family-owned or multi-entity business group.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, finalization of financial statements, GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance, and coordinate audits while supporting payroll, budgeting and cost-control efforts across multiple group entities.

Qualifications

• CA Intermediate /BCom
• Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and support finalization of financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance and filings.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and banking operations.
• Prepare MIS and management reports.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
• Support payroll, budgeting and cost-control activities.
• Manage accounting across multiple group entities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with management/promoters on financial and business requirements.
