Job summary

Keylabsintelli is looking for a qualified ACCA/CPA with 7+ years of experience to join our Accounting & Advisory team. The position focuses on financial reporting and client coordination while supporting global clients in compliance with various accounting standards.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, supporting closing processes, and assisting with accounting advisory engagements. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical and Excel skills, and prior Big 6 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified ACCA/ CPA with around 7+ years of experience to join our Accounting & Advisory team supporting our global clients. The role involves financial reporting, month-end close support, technical accounting assistance, and client coordination.

CTC – as per norms

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements under IFRS / UK GAAP / US GAAP
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Assist in accounting advisory engagements (GAAP conversions, technical memos, policy documentation)
• Support statutory reporting and audit coordination
• Interact with UK/US clients for data gathering and query resolution
• Work on accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ACCA/ CPA (7+ years post-qualification)
• Strong fundamentals in financial reporting and accounting standards
• Good analytical, documentation and Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, working in a team environment
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Preferred experience - Big 6 experience (Indian practice preferably) or large firms outside the Big 6 (RGN/ MCA/ PKF etc.)
• Industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Willingness to work in shifts (UK, APAC etc.) is a plus
