Job summary

Emeritus is seeking a bilingual Manager – Academic Delivery to lead a portfolio of professional certificate programs in partnership with top universities. You will drive learner satisfaction, completion, and online delivery at scale with a global, cross-functional team.

The role requires a process-oriented, detail-oriented professional who can own programs end-to-end, with autonomy and collaboration across the US, UK, Spain, India, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in education, with university partnerships and end-to-end academic delivery.
• Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience hiring and managing faculty, course leaders, teaching assistants, or other instructional staff.
• Experience delivering online courses or educational programs.
• Experience analyzing large volumes of data, synthesizing insights, and making recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the learner journey from enrollment to completion with focus on satisfaction and completion.
• Ensure courses are ready to go live, including quality control and live session planning.
• Interview, onboard, train, and manage course leaders and faculty for delivered courses.
• Resolve escalated learner requests from the program support team and address deployment issues.
• Own and track KPIs: completion, satisfaction, ratings, withdrawals; drive improvements from insights.
• Make timely decisions and tradeoffs prioritizing learner experience.

About the role:

We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Manager – Academic Delivery with written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.

The Manager – Academic Delivery will lead the delivery of a portfolio of professional certificate programs in partnership with top‑ranked universities. The role requires a process‑oriented, detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable working with global, cross‑functional teams. The successful candidate will own their programs end to end, driving learner satisfaction, learner completion, and online delivery at scale, with a high degree of autonomy and the support of a collaborative global team across the US, UK, Spain, India, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership and Stakeholder Management

• University Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, sharing regular updates on program performance, addressing delivery‑related questions, and ensuring alignment with partner expectations.
• Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Outreach, Admissions, Design, University Partnerships, and Services Delivery, and share program health updates with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Program Management

• End‑to‑End Academic Delivery: Own the learner journey from enrollment to completion, with a focus on satisfaction and completion.
• Course Launch Readiness: Ensure courses are ready to go live, including quality control, participant communications, and live session planning.
• Faculty and Course Leader Management: Interview, onboard, train, and manage the performance of course leaders and faculty for the courses they deliver.
• Escalation Management: Resolve escalated learner requests from the program support team and address course deployment issues promptly.
• Data and Insights: Own and track key performance indicators, including program completion, satisfaction, course leader ratings, withdrawals, and deferrals. Analyze learner feedback and course results to recommend design and process improvements.
• Decision‑Making: Make timely, sound decisions and tradeoffs that prioritize the learner experience.

Project Management

• Continuous Improvement: Develop solutions to improve the learner experience and strengthen program delivery.
• Process Building: Establish and maintain scalable, efficient delivery processes, working proactively with cross‑functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in the education industry, with prior experience in university partnerships and end‑to‑end academic delivery.
• Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience hiring and managing faculty, course leaders, teaching assistants, or other instructional staff (essential).
• Experience delivering online courses or educational programs.
• Experience analyzing large volumes of data, synthesizing insights, and making recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
